E-commerce & retail
For stores that are outgrowing their setup.
We grew a Shopify company from $0 to about $30M and led its Shopify and ERP implementations. We build the store, the back office and the growth plan for brands heading the same way.
Who we work with
- Shopify brands selling direct to customers
- Retailers selling online and in store
- Brands adding wholesale or B2B
Sound familiar?
Where it usually breaks.
Orders get re-typed into the books
Sales come in through the store, and someone copies them into accounting by hand.
Inventory never quite matches
The store, the warehouse and the spreadsheet each show a different count.
The store slows down as it grows
Every new app solved one problem and added a little weight, and now pages load slowly.
Month-end is a project
Payouts, fees, refunds and taxes have to be untangled before anyone knows what the month really made.
How we help
One connected system, built a piece at a time.
Start with whichever piece hurts most. Each one connects to the next when you are ready.
- Websites & e-commerce
A Shopify store built to scale
A store set up for more orders, more products and more sales channels, without a pile of apps doing the heavy lifting.

Orders that flow into the books
Orders, payouts, fees and taxes sync from Shopify to QuickBooks, so month-end doesn’t start with a reconciliation.
See the service - CRM & ERP
An ERP when you need one
When spreadsheets stop working for inventory and purchasing, we help you pick and implement an ERP, including Acumatica.

More of the right customers
SEO and marketing tied to orders and margin, not just traffic.

Questions
Questions from e-commerce & retail.
Still wondering about something?
Book a callHave you run a Shopify store yourselves?
Yes. We grew a Shopify-based company from $0 to about $30M in revenue and sold it. We led its Shopify and ERP implementations, so we know where a growing store tends to break.
Can you connect Shopify to QuickBooks properly?
Yes. Orders, payouts, fees and sales taxes flow from Shopify into QuickBooks so they reconcile cleanly, instead of arriving as one lump sum a day that your bookkeeper has to untangle.
How is pricing set?
Where the scope is predictable, like most websites and a QuickBooks setup, there are fixed-price packages on the pricing page. Larger projects, like a CRM or ERP, are scoped after a free diagnostic and get a fixed quote before any work starts. Growth work is a monthly plan or a one-time strategy engagement.
